Full-stack, end to end — design through operations.
Most specialists own one stage of a project. My whole career has been the whole arc: the client conversation, the design, the build, the handoff — and, for my own companies, the operations after launch. That breadth is what I bring to AI work: process decomposition is a design discipline as much as an engineering one, and I have been practicing it since 2013.
I live in Meridian, Idaho, run a Hawaii tour company remotely from there, and build AI systems that operate real businesses — mine first, then my clients'.
The arc
2013 — BA in Graphic Design, Brigham Young University–Hawaii
Graduated and went straight into professional web work: front-end development and UX/UI design, including contract work for Silicon Valley websites, with Adobe Creative Suite as the daily toolkit.
2013 – present — Independent web developer / UX-UI designer
Ran projects end to end — client conversation, design, build, handoff — rather than a single stage of the pipeline. Client work included UHA Health Insurance, Illumio, Dolphin Quest, Jamba Juice Hawaii, and HH@WA: lead generation, redesigns, SEO, marketing automation, and booking integrations.
Founder — Active Oahu Tours (Kailua, HI, run remotely from Idaho)
Built and operate a kayak and e-bike tour company through systems and automation: booking platform operations, customer lifecycle campaigns, and AI-assisted back-office processes. The operating proof behind the consulting practice.
Founder — Sentinel IT Asset Disposal & Logistics (Meridian, ID)
Secure IT asset disposal for Treasure Valley businesses: scheduled pickup, documented chain of custody, certified data destruction, responsible recycling — vendor and logistics operations run end to end.
November 2025 — full-time AI engineering
When agentic AI became production-viable, I moved all-in: designing and operating multi-agent systems, building LLM-powered products, and running a fractional Chief AI Officer practice — on self-hosted AI infrastructure I built and operate.
Today — BeyondSaaS, Prismatic Engine, Human Design Engine
Fractional CAIO engagements for companies adopting AI inside their own operations; an open-source multi-agent orchestration engine running a production fleet; and a commercial API + MCP product. Full detail on the Projects page.
