BeyondSaaS.ai
AI implementation consultancy — in-VPC, cloud, and hybrid deployments for companies that need AI working inside their own operations, with their authenticity and data sovereignty intact.
The problem
Most companies do not need another SaaS subscription; they need someone to map how work actually flows, find the steps AI should absorb, and build those workflows inside their own environment — with controls a business owner can stand behind.
The build
- Run structured AI opportunity reviews and workshops with business owners: map current processes, identify automation candidates, and convert findings into buildable requirements and roadmaps.
- Apply the reimagination sequence to each process: understand the current state, eliminate and simplify steps, then agentify what remains — with human-in-the-loop checkpoints where judgment matters.
- Design agentic solutions clients can adopt and scale: agent workflows, prompt and context strategies, integration requirements, and least-privilege access per step.
The evidence
- Client engagement: Eden Group (construction / custom home building) entered through a paid AI Opportunity Review and progressed to a week-long AI workshop engagement to redesign company workflows.
- Deployment patterns span in-VPC, cloud, and hybrid — the same on-prem pattern I run for my own businesses on self-hosted infrastructure.
- Positioning pillars: Authenticity, Sovereignty, Speed — AI that preserves how a company sounds and keeps its data under its own control.
BeyondSaaS is my fractional Chief AI Officer practice. The offer is deliberately practical: a structured review of how a business runs, a redesign of its highest-leverage processes as agentic workflows, and delivery alongside the client through working systems — not a slide deck. The practice runs on the same stack I sell: the Prismatic Engine fleet and self-hosted inference infrastructure operate my own companies first.
